Mango and Passion Fruit Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
- For the Smoothie Base:
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks 🥭
- 0.5 cup passion fruit pulp (fresh or frozen)
- 1 small banana 🍌
- 0.5 cup coconut milk or almond milk 🥥
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional) 🍯
- For the Toppings:
- 0.25 cup granola
- 0.25 cup fresh mango, diced 🥭
- 1 passion fruit, scooped
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut 🥥
- 1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional)
Instructions
- 11️⃣ Blend the Smoothie
- 2In a blender, combine mango, passion fruit pulp, banana, and coconut milk.
- 3Blend until smooth and thick. If needed, add more liquid for a thinner consistency.
- 4Taste and add honey or maple syrup if extra sweetness is desired.
- 52️⃣ Assemble the Bowl
- 6Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
- 7Arrange granola, diced mango, passion fruit, shredded coconut, and chia seeds on top.
