Papaya Yogurt Bowls with Granola

Ingredients

  • For the Papaya Bowl:
  • 1 ripe papaya, halved and seeds removed 🥭
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup 🍯
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • For the Toppings:
  • 0.25 cup granola
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut 🥥
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds
  • 0.25 cup fresh berries (strawberries or blueberries) 🍓🫐
  • Extra honey for drizzling 🍯

Instructions

  1. 11️⃣ Prepare the Papaya
  2. 2Slice a ripe papaya in half and scoop out the seeds.
  3. 3Place each half on a plate to serve as a natural bowl.

  5. 5Spoon Greek yogurt into the center of each papaya half.
  6. 6Drizzle with honey and vanilla extract for extra flavor.
