Avocado and Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients
- For the Smoothie Base:
- 0.5 ripe avocado 🥑
- 1 cup fresh spinach 🌿
- 1 small banana 🍌
- 1 cup coconut water or almond milk 🥥
- Juice of ½ lime 🍋
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional) 🍯
- 0.5 cup ice cubes
- For Toppings (Optional):
- 1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds
- A few banana slices for garnish
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut 🥥
Instructions
- 11️⃣ Blend the Smoothie
- 2In a blender, combine avocado, spinach, banana, coconut water, lime juice, honey, and ice.
- 3Blend until smooth and creamy. If needed, add more liquid for a thinner consistency.
- 42️⃣ Serve & Enjoy!
- 5Pour into glasses and top with chia seeds, shredded coconut, or banana slices.
- 6Serve immediately and enjoy the fresh, creamy goodness!
