Papaya Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • For the Smoothie Base:
  • 1½ cups ripe papaya, diced 🧡
  • 1 frozen banana 🍌
  • 0.5 cup coconut milk 🥥
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt for vegan)
  • 1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup) 🍯
  • 0.5 tsp lime juice 🍋
  • For Toppings:
  • 0.5 cup granola 🍯
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut 🥥
  • 0.5 banana, sliced 🍌
  • 0.25 cup diced fresh mango 🥭
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 0.5 tsp lime zest 🍋

Instructions

  2. 2In a blender, combine papaya, frozen banana, coconut milk, yogurt, honey, and lime juice.
  3. 3Blend until smooth and creamy.

  5. 5Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl.
  6. 6Arrange granola, shredded coconut, sliced banana, diced mango, and chia seeds on top.
