Chocolate Chia Pudding with Dulce de Leche

Ingredients
- 2 cups milk of choice (dairy or plant-based)
- 0.25 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 0.25 cup maple syrup or honey
- 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
- 0.13 tsp salt
- 0.5 cup chia seeds
- 0.25 cup dulce de leche (plus more for drizzling)
- Optional: sliced strawberries or banana for topping
Instructions
- 1In a medium bowl, whisk together the milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup (or honey), vanilla, and salt until smooth and well combined. 🥄
- 2Stir in the chia seeds and mix thoroughly to prevent clumping.
- 3Gently swirl in the dulce de leche so it creates a marbled effect (don’t fully mix it in). 🍮
- 4Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until it thickens to a pudding-like consistency. 🕰️❄️
- 5When ready to serve, scoop into bowls or jars, drizzle extra dulce de leche on top, and add fresh fruit if you’d like. 🍓🍌
