Ingredients

- 0.5 onion, sliced 🧅
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced 🌶️
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced 🌶️
- 2 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
- 1 tsp smoked paprika 🌶️
- 0.5 tsp cumin
- 0.5 tsp oregano 🌿
- 2 tbsp soy sauce 🍜
- 1 tbsp honey 🍯
- 0.5 tsp salt 🧂
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
- For the Sweet Plantains:
- 2 ripe plantains, sliced diagonally 🍌
- 1 tbsp butter 🧈
- 1 tbsp brown sugar 🍯
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon (optional) ✨
- For Garnish & Serving:
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped 🌿

Instructions
