Ingredients

  • For the Chicken Tinga:
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 🍗

  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth 🍲

  • For the Cilantro Lime Slaw:
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage (green or purple) 🥬
  • 0.5 cup shredded carrots 🥕
  • 0.25 cup fresh cilantro, chopped 🌿
  • Juice of 1 lime 🍋
  • 1 tbsp olive oil 🫒
  • 0.5 tsp salt 🧂
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • For the Tacos:
  • 8 small corn tortillas 🌮
  • 0.5 cup crumbled queso fresco 🧀
  • 1 avocado, sliced 🥑
  • Lime wedges, for serving 🍋

Instructions
