Shrimp Stir-Fry with Fresh Cilantro

Ingredients
- For the Shrimp Stir-Fry:
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined 🍤
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice 🍋
- 1 tsp honey (or brown sugar)
- 1 tsp cumin
- 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
- 0.5 tsp red pepper flakes (optional for heat)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 0.5 small onion, sliced
- 0.5 red bell pepper, sliced
- 0.5 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped 🌿
- 1 tbsp butter (for extra richness)
- For Serving:
- Steamed white rice or quinoa 🍚
- Extra lime wedges for garnish
Instructions
- 11️⃣ Marinate the Shrimp
- 2In a bowl, toss shrimp with soy sauce, lime juice, honey, cumin, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes.
- 3Let marinate for 5-10 minutes while you prep the vegetables.

- 5Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- 6Add garlic, onions, and bell peppers, stirring for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.

- 8Push the vegetables to the side of the pan and add shrimp in a single layer.
- 9Sear for 1-2 minutes per side, until pink and opaque.
- 10Add butter and toss everything together for a glossy finish.
