Tripleta Wraps (Puerto Rican Triple Meat Wraps)

Ingredients
- For the Meats:
- 0.5 lb sirloin steak, sliced thin 🥩
- 0.5 lb chicken breast, sliced thin 🍗
- 4 slices deli ham 🍖
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 0.5 tsp cumin
- For the Mayo-Ketchup Sauce:
- 0.25 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp lime juice 🍋
- For the Wraps:
- 4 large flour tortillas 🌯
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or Swiss cheese 🧀
- 0.5 cup shredded lettuce
- 0.5 cup tomato, diced 🍅
- 0.5 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 0.5 cup shoestring fries or crushed potato chips (for crunch!) 🍟
Instructions
- 11️⃣ Cook the Meats
- 2In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and cumin. Toss the steak and chicken in the seasoning.
- 3Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the steak for 3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- 4In the same pan, cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes, flipping halfway. Remove and set aside.
- 5Heat the ham slices for 30 seconds per side, then set aside.
- 62️⃣ Make the Mayo-Ketchup Sauce
- 7In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, garlic powder, and lime juice.
- 83️⃣ Assemble the Wraps
- 9Lay a tortilla flat and spread 1 tbsp of mayo-ketchup over the surface.
- 10Add slices of steak, chicken, and ham.
- 11Sprinkle cheese, then layer lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and fries or crushed chips.
- 12Fold in the sides and roll the tortilla tightly into a wrap.

- 14Heat a dry pan over medium heat and grill the wraps for 1-2 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.
- 15Slice in half and serve hot!
