Grilled Chicken and Avocado Wraps

Ingredients

  • For the Grilled Chicken:
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 🍗
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder 🧄
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt 🧂
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • For the Wraps:
  • 4 large tortillas 🌯
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced 🥑
  • 0.5 cup crumbled queso fresco 🧀
  • 0.5 red onion, thinly sliced 🧅
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce 🥬
  • 0.25 cup fresh cilantro, chopped 🌿
  • For the Cilantro Lime Sauce:
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream 🥣
  • 2 tbsp lime juice 🍋
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro 🌿
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder 🧄
  • 0.25 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. 11️⃣ Grill the Chicken
  2. 2Heat olive oil in a grill pan over medium heat.
  3. 3Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. 4Grill for 6-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
  5. 5Remove from heat and slice into strips.
  6. 62️⃣ Make the Cilantro Lime Sauce
  7. 7In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, lime juice, cilantro, garlic powder, and salt. Set aside.
  8. 83️⃣ Assemble the Wraps
  9. 9Warm tortillas in a dry pan or microwave.
  10. 10Spread a spoonful of cilantro lime sauce on each tortilla.
  11. 11Add a layer of lettuce, grilled chicken, sliced avocado, red onions, and queso fresco.
  12. 12Sprinkle with fresh cilantro for extra flavor.

  14. 14Roll up tightly and slice in half if desired.
  15. 15Serve with extra sauce & lime wedges on the side! 🌯🍋
