Ingredients

- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
- For Serving:
- 8 corn tortillas, warmed
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 0.25 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Lime wedges for garnish
- 0.25 cup crumbled queso fresco (optional)
Instructions
