Story

As the slow-cooked pork falls apart with a fork, Don Luis smiles. “This is the kind of dish that brings people together,” he says, tossing the juicy, tender pork with a smoky, tangy sauce. He layers the pork onto soft slider buns, adding a crisp bite of pickled onions and fresh cilantro. On the side, he serves up crispy plantain chips, golden and salty. “A little sweet, a little smoky, and a whole lot of flavor—this one’s a crowd favorite!” 🍔🔥🍌
