Season 03 - Dinner / S03D14
Pollo al Ajillo (Garlic Chicken)
Story
As Don Luis quickly tossed the sizzling beef with vibrant bell peppers and onions in the wok, the aroma of soy sauce, vinegar, and spices filled the kitchen. “Lomo Saltado is a true fusion of Peruvian and Chinese flavors,” he said, plating the stir-fry over a bed of crispy fries. “A dish that’s as bold as it is comforting—each bite is packed with flavor and tradition.” This Lomo Saltado combines tender beef, stir-fried vegetables, and a rich sauce, served over fluffy rice and crispy fries. Let’s make the Don Luis Special version, ensuring every bite is juicy, saucy, and packed with Peruvian flavor! 🔥 Prep & Cook Time
