Carne Guisada with Yucca
Story
As the rich, savory beef stew simmered in the pot, Don Luis stirred it gently, inhaling the deep aroma of garlic, onions, and peppers. “Carne Guisada is all about patience,” he said with a knowing smile. “Let the flavors develop, and you’ll be rewarded with tender beef that melts in your mouth.” The slow-cooked yucca on the side soaks up the delicious sauce, making every bite a comforting experience. This Carne Guisada with Yucca is packed with bold Latin flavors, featuring fork-tender beef stewed in a rich, tomato-based sauce and served alongside soft, buttery yucca.
