Ingredients
- For the Chicken Milanesa:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, butterflied and pounded thin 🍗

- 0.5 cup all-purpose flour 🌾
- 2 eggs, beaten 🥚
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (or panko for extra crunch) 🍞
- 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese 🧀
- 0.5 tsp dried oregano 🌿
- 0.5 tsp cayenne pepper (optional for heat) 🔥
- 0.5 cup vegetable oil (for frying) 🍳
- For the Sandwiches:
- 4 crusty sandwich rolls (bolillo or ciabatta) 🥖
- 0.25 cup mayonnaise 🥪

Instructions
