Ingredients
- For the Garlic Butter Shrimp:
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined 🍤
- 2 tbsp butter 🧈
- 1 tbsp olive oil 🫒
- 4 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
- 0.5 tsp smoked paprika 🌶️
- 0.5 tsp salt 🧂
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
- 0.25 tsp red pepper flakes (optional for spice) 🌶️
- Juice of ½ lime 🍋
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped 🌿
- For the Jasmine Rice:
- 1 cup jasmine rice 🍚
- 2 cups water 💧
- 0.5 tsp salt 🧂
Instructions

- 2Rinse jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- 3In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil, add salt, then stir in rice.
- 4Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes before fluffing with a fork.

- 6In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.
- 7Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- 8Add shrimp, paprika, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.

- 10Remove from heat and squeeze fresh lime juice over shrimp.
