Puerto Rican Albóndigas (Meatballs in Tomato Sauce)
Story
The aroma of simmering tomatoes, garlic, and spices fills the air as Don Luis gently stirs a pot of rich, velvety sauce. “Albóndigas,” he says with a warm smile, “is the dish that brings family together at the table.” He carefully drops the seasoned meatballs into the sauce, letting them soak up all the flavors as they cook to perfection. A side of fluffy white rice completes the meal, ensuring every last drop of that delicious sauce is enjoyed. A true Puerto Rican comfort food classic! ❤️✨ Prep & Cook Time
