Season 08 - Breakfast / S08B01
Mango and Greek Yogurt Parfait
Story
Don Luis used to say, *“La mañana necesita color.”* On warm mornings, he’d slice up a ripe mango, layer it with thick Greek yogurt, and sprinkle granola on top. It wasn’t just breakfast—it was a moment to slow down, breathe in the tropical air, and start the day with something good. He served it in tall glasses, each layer carefully arranged. *“Like building a sunrise,”* he’d say with a wink, spoon in hand. Prep & Chill Time, Calories, and Cost
