Papaya Smoothie Bowl with Granola

Prep: 10 minTotal: 10 min

Story

Don Luis remembers the mornings in his abuela’s backyard, where papayas grew wild and sweet under the Puerto Rican sun 🌞🇵🇷. She would slice them open with her trusty machete, and the scent alone was enough to wake up the whole barrio. One morning, while Don Luis was experimenting with leftover fruit, he blended some papaya with yogurt, added granola on top, and just like that—a smoothie bowl was born! 🎉🥣 Now, in his rustic kitchen, Don Luis brings that same island magic to the table—only now, he lets the kids top their own bowls with fresh fruit and a drizzle of honey 🍯. It’s a breakfast that feels like a mini vacation in every spoonful! Time & Nutrition
