Season 12 - Breakfast / S12B10
Chocolate Avena with Dulce de Leche
Story
There’s a special kind of silence in the early morning — just the gentle bubbling of breakfast and the sound of little feet coming down the stairs. On these days, Don Luis always smiles, knowing what’s cooking will bring everyone to the table. Today, it’s Chocolate Avena with Dulce de Leche — a velvety, rich twist on his classic oatmeal recipe. He first made it for his granddaughter when she asked, “Abuelo, can breakfast taste like dessert?” With a wink, he answered, “Let’s find out.” And so the tradition began — a creamy, chocolatey oatmeal topped with ribbons of dulce de leche, a warm start that feels like a cozy hug from the inside. ❤️
Ingredients
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats 🌾
- 2 cups milk (or plant-based alternative) 🥛
