Ingredientes
- para the Steak & Marinade:
- 2 lbs thin-cut carne sirloin o cube steak
- 0.5 cup fresco orange juice
- 0.25 cup fresco lima juice
- 0.25 cup white vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp adobo seasoning
- 1 tsp ground pimienta negra
- 1 tsp oregano
- 0.5 tsp cumin
- 4 cloves ajo, minced
- para the Sauce & cebollas:
- 2 grande cebollas, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp aceite de oliva
- 1 tbsp tomate paste
- 0.25 cup carne broth (o water)
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 tbsp mantequilla
- para termina & Serving:
- 2 tbsp fresco cilantro, picado
- Fluffy white rice
- Sweet plátanos (maduros)
- Sliced avocado
Instrucciones
- 11️⃣ Marinate the Steak:
- 21️⃣ In a bowl, mix orange juice, lima juice, vinegar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, ajo, adobo, pimienta negra, oregano, y cumin.
- 32️⃣ Add the steak, ensuring it’s fully coated. Cover y marinate para at least 2 hours o overnight para tender, flavorful meat. 🕰️🌿
- 42️⃣ Caramelize the cebollas:
