Ingredients
- For the Dough:
- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour 🌾
- 0.5 tsp salt 🧂
- 1 tbsp sugar 🍯
- 1 cup unsalted butter, cold and diced 🧈
- 0.5 cup cold water 💦
- For the Pineapple Filling:
- 2 cups fresh pineapple, finely diced 🍍
- 0.5 cup sugar 🍯
- 1 tbsp cornstarch 🌽
- 2 tbsp water 💦
- 0.5 tsp vanilla extract 🌿
- 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon ✨
- For Assembly & Baking:
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash) 🥚
- 2 tbsp sugar (for sprinkling) 🍯
Instructions
