Ingredients

  • For the Caramel:
  • 1 cup granulated sugar 🍯
  • 0.25 cup water 💦
  • For the Flan Custard:
  • 4 large eggs 🥚
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk 🥛
  • 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk 🥥
  • 1 cup cream of coconut 🥥
  • 0.5 cup coconut milk 🥥
  • 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon ✨
  • 0.25 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract 🌿
  • 2 tbsp white rum (optional, but recommended!) 🍹

Instructions

  1. 1Prepare the Caramel
