Ingredientes

  • para the Caramel:
  • 1 cup granulated sugar 🍯
  • 0.25 cup water 💦
  • para the Flan Custard:
  • 4 grande eggs 🥚
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed leche 🥛
  • 1 can (12 oz) evaporated leche 🥥
  • 1 cup cream de coco 🥥
  • 0.5 cup coco leche 🥥
  • 0.5 tsp ground canela ✨
  • 0.25 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract 🌿
  • 2 tbsp white rum (opcional, but recommended!) 🍹

Instrucciones

  1. 1Prepare the Caramel
