  • 2 links of chorizo, sliced 🌶️
  • 1 tbsp olive oil 🫒
  • 1 tsp paprika ✨
  • 0.5 tsp salt 🧂
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper ⚫
  • For the Rice:
  • 2 cups long-grain white rice 🍚
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped 🧅
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced 🌶️
  • 1 tsp saffron threads, steeped in ¼ cup hot water 🌾
  • 4 cups chicken broth 🍲
  • 0.5 cup peas (fresh or frozen) 🌱
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish) 🌿

Instructions
