Ingredients
- For the Shredded Beef:

- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 cup beef broth
- 0.5 cup tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- For the Quesadillas:
- 6 flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheese (Oaxaca, Monterey Jack, or cheddar)
- 2 tbsp butter (for cooking)
- 0.5 cup sour cream (for serving)
- 0.5 cup guacamole
- 0.25 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
