Tamal de Elote (Sweet Corn Tamales)

Prep: 30 minutesCook: 50 minutes

Story

As Don Luis wrapped the sweet corn masa inside a fresh corn husk, he smiled. “Tamal de Elote is a treat straight from tradition,” he said. “Made with fresh corn, butter, and just the right touch of sweetness, it’s soft, comforting, and full of flavor.” This Sweet Corn Tamale is a classic Latin American dish, often enjoyed with coffee or a side of crema. Let’s make the Don Luis Special version, keeping it light, fluffy, and full of authentic taste! 🔥
