Ingredients

- 2 ripe plantains, mashed
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

- 0.5 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup whole milk or coconut milk
- 3 tbsp melted butter or coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
