Ingredients
- 2 cans (15 oz each) chickpeas, drained and rinsed 🧡
- 2 tbsp olive oil 🫒
- 0.5 onion, diced 🧅
- 3 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
- 0.5 green bell pepper, diced 🫑
- 0.5 tsp salt 🧂
- 0.5 tsp black pepper ⚫
- 0.5 tsp cumin ✨
- 0.5 tsp smoked paprika 🌶️
- 0.5 tsp oregano 🌿
- 0.5 tsp sazón seasoning 🏺
- 1 tbsp tomato paste 🍅
- 0.5 cup tomato sauce 🍅
- 1 ½ cups vegetable broth (or water) 🍲
- 0.25 cup chopped fresh cilantro 🌿
Instructions
