  • 3 ½ cups chicken broth 🍲
  • For the Roast Chicken:
  • 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs 🍗
  • 2 tbsp olive oil 🫒
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar 🍶
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
  • 1 tsp adobo seasoning 🧂
  • 1 tsp sazón (with annatto) ✨
  • 0.5 tsp oregano 🌿
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika 🌶️
  • For Garnish & Serving:
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped 🌿

Instructions
