Sweet Corn and Coconut Pancakes
Story
As Don Luis poured the golden pancake batter onto the sizzling griddle, the sweet aroma of coconut and fresh corn filled the air. “A little sweetness from the corn, a touch of coconut, and a perfect golden crust—that’s how we make magic in the morning,” he said with a smile. The pancakes puffed up beautifully, ready to be drizzled with honey and topped with toasted coconut flakes. This dish brings the flavors of the Caribbean to your breakfast table in the most delicious way! Prep & Cook Time
