Today, he’s teaching the same recipe that won hearts that sunny Saturday. Crispy tostadas loaded with juicy shredded chicken, refried beans, fresh toppings, and his signature cilantro crema. It’s crunchy, creamy, tangy, and a whole lotta love on one plate. 🥰

Instructions

  1. 1Blend the Cilantro Crema 💚
  2. 2In a blender, combine sour cream, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy. Chill in the fridge while prepping the rest.
  3. 3Warm the Refried Beans 🔥
  4. 4In a small saucepan over medium heat, warm the refried beans until smooth and spreadable. Add a splash of water if needed.
  5. 5Assemble the Tostadas 🛠️
  6. 6Spread a layer of refried beans on each tostada shell.
  7. 7Add shredded chicken on top.
  8. 8Layer with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and avocado slices.
