Season 09 - Lunch / S09L10
Tripleta Sliders with Spicy Aioli
Story
Back in the heart of Bayamón, Don Luis would visit a little food stand that always had music playing and the smell of grilled meat dancing in the air. It was there he first tasted the famous *Tripleta*, a sandwich loaded with three kinds of meat, crunchy papitas, and a creamy aioli that made you wanna dance 💃🏼. Now, in his cozy rustic kitchen wearing his signature denim-and-leather apron, Don Luis is putting a twist on the street food classic—Tripleta Sliders! These mini sandwiches pack all the Puerto Rican flavor in bite-sized buns perfect for little hands (and big appetites too 😋). Time & Details
