Back in the heart de Bayamón, Don Luis would visit a little food stand that always had music playing y the smell de grilled meat dancing in the air. It was there he first tasted the famous *Tripleta*, a sandwich loaded con three kinds de meat, crunchy papitas, y a creamy aioli that made you wanna dance 💃🏼. Now, in his cozy rustic kitchen wearing his signature denim-y-leather apron, Don Luis is putting a twist on the street food classic—Tripleta Sliders! Ingredientes
- para the Sliders 🍖🍗🐖
- 6 slider buns 🍞
- 0.5 lb sliced steak (ribeye o sirloin), seasoned con adobo
- 0.25 lb sliced roasted cerdo (pernil o pulled cerdo)
- 0.25 lb deli ham, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded lettuce 🥬
- 1 tomate, thinly sliced 🍅
- 0.5 cup crispy papa sticks 🥔
- 6 slices de Swiss queso 🧀
- para the Spicy Aioli 🌶️
- 0.5 cup mayo
- 1 ajo clove, minced 🧄
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp hot sauce (adjust to taste) 🔥
- Squeeze de lima 🍋
- sal to taste 🧂
Instrucciones
- 1Make the Aioli: In a pequeño bowl, bate together mayo, ajo, Dijon, ketchup, hot sauce, lima, y a pinch de sal. reserva in the fridge to chill.
- 2cocina the Meats:
- 3In a sartén over fuego medio, cocina the steak strips until browned y juicy. reserva.
- 4Warm up the pernil y ham in the same sartén para extra flavor.
- 5Toast the Buns: Lightly mantequilla y toast your slider buns on a pan until golden.
- 6Assemble the Sliders:
- 7Bottom bun → spicy aioli → steak → cerdo → ham → Swiss queso (melt if desired).
- 8Add shredded lettuce, a tomate slice, y top con crunchy papa sticks.
- 9Spoon a bit more aioli on the top bun y close it up.
- 10sirve Hot: Line them up on a tray y watch them disappear 😄.
