Season 09 - Lunch / S09L27
Pulled Pork Tostadas with Salsa Verde
Story
It was a Sunday afternoon, and Don Luis had just finished slow-cooking a beautiful pork shoulder 🐖. As he pulled the tender meat apart, he remembered his childhood summers in Monterrey—where tostadas meant crunchy joy on a plate, topped with love and the freshest salsas from the market 🌶️💚. He set the table with a smile, wearing his signature jean-and-leather apron, the name “Don Luis” stitched proudly across the chest. With the crunch of the tostada and the tang of the salsa verde, he knew today’s lunch would be unforgettable. The dogs, nestled nearby, wagged their tails 🐾 waiting for crumbs to fall. Time & Details
