Pastelón Pizza with Sweet Plantain Crust
Story
Don Luis was in the kitchen humming a salsa beat, flipping sweet plantains on his stovetop when his grandson burst in with a wild idea: “Abuelo, can we have pizza… but like… Puerto Rican pizza?” 🤔 Don Luis paused, thought of his favorite pastelón, and a bright smile lit up his face. That’s when the idea hit like the beat drop in a Marc Anthony song—Pastelón Pizza! He mashed up sweet plantains into a golden crust, layered in juicy beef, melty cheese, and sweet-savory sazón that made everyone shout, *¡Diache, esto está brutal!* Now it’s a family favorite on movie nights, topped with whatever toppings the kids dream up. 🍕✨ Time & Nutrition
