Coconut Pancakes with Honey

Prep: 10 minutesCook: 15 minutes

Story

As Don Luis poured the golden pancake batter onto the hot griddle, the air filled with the sweet aroma of coconut and butter. “A good pancake,” he said, flipping each one with precision, “should be light, fluffy, and full of flavor. And with a drizzle of warm honey, it becomes something truly special.” These Coconut Pancakes are the perfect blend of tropical sweetness and comforting fluffiness.
