Season 10 - Breakfast / S10B14
Quesitos (Cream Cheese Pastries)
Story
Don Luis still remembers his first bite of a quesito in Old San Juan. It was golden, flaky, and oozing with creamy sweetness. He was sitting on a small wooden stool outside a bakery, wearing his classic jean-and-leather apron, watching the sun rise while sipping a café con leche. A kind señora had handed him the warm pastry wrapped in wax paper and said, *“Te va a gustar, mi amor.”* She was right. ❤️ Now, every time Don Luis bakes quesitos, he brings that same warmth and memory into the kitchen—because pastries should hug you back when you eat them 🥰. Whether you’re making these for Sunday breakfast or a surprise treat, you’re in for a flaky, cheesy, sugary bite of Puerto Rico! 🇵🇷 Time & Details
