Prep: 10 min (plus overnight chilling)Cook: NoneTotal: 10 min + chill
Story
Don Luis was humming an old salsa tune as he sliced into a juicy mango from his garden. “¡Mira eso!” he said with a smile, showing his grandson the golden fruit. “This one is perfect—sunshine in every bite.” He layered chia pudding with mango purée, crunchy almonds, and a drizzle of honey. His grandson peeked over the counter, spoon in hand, asking if this was breakfast or dessert. Don Luis just winked and said, “Why not both?” 🌞🍯
