Papaya Smoothie with Oatmeal

Prep: 5 minCook: 0 minTotal: 5 min

Story

When Don Luis was a little boy, his abuela would make him a special smoothie every Sunday morning before church. It was always creamy, refreshing, and had just the right touch of sweetness. The secret? Ripe papaya, cold milk, and a little sprinkle of cinnamon. Years later, Don Luis added his own twist—oats for energy and honey for that golden sunshine sweetness 🌞🍯. Now, every time he blends this smoothie, he smiles and remembers those warm kitchen mornings. And today, he’s sharing that moment with you—so you can start your day feeling full, focused, and just a little bit nostalgic 🥰📻.
