Pumpkin-Spiced Mallorca French Toast

Prep: 10 min ⏱️Cocción: 10 min 🔥Total: 20 min 🍽️

Historia

The kitchen smelled like fall that morning—warm canela, buttery pumpkin, y just a hint de powdered sugar in the air. Don Luis was in his favorite chair by the window, sipping café con leche ☕ as the sun poured through the blinds. “You know,” he said, adjusting the strap on his leather-accented apron 🧑‍🍳, “this weather calls para something cozy.” He walked over to the counter where sweet mallorca bread sat waiting, already sliced y ready para greatness. He whisked pumpkin purée into a canela-spiced custard, humming an old bolero. The sizzling de mantequilla on the griddle became the soundtrack de the morning as he dipped each slice de mallorca, golden y soft, into the batter. The house filled con joy—one plate de pumpkin-spiced French toast at a time. Topped con a drizzle de maple syrup y a dusting de powdered sugar, it was fall in every bite, puertorriqueño soul in every layer.
