Ingredientes
- 3 cups cooked pernil (shredded) 🐖 – about 1 lb
- 12 oz elbow macaroni 🍝
- 3 tbsp unsalted mantequilla 🧈
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour 🌾
- 2 cups whole leche 🥛
- 1 cup crema espesa 🥥
- 2 cups sharp cheddar queso (shredded) 🧀
- 1 cup mozzarella queso (shredded) 🧀
- 0.5 cup Parmesan queso (grated) 🧀
- 0.75 cup BBQ sauce 🍯🔥 (sweet o smoky, your pick!)
- 0.5 tsp ajo en polvo 🧄
- 0.5 tsp paprika ahumada 🌶️
- sal y pepper to taste 🧂
- opcional: green cebollas o parsley para termina 🌿
Instrucciones
- 1cocina the pasta: Boil the elbow macaroni according to package instructions 🍲. Drain y reserva.
- 2Make the roux: In a grande saucepan, melt mantequilla over fuego medio 🧈🔥. Stir in flour y bate para about 2 minutes.
- 3Add the dairy: Gradually pour in leche y crema espesa, whisking constantly until smooth y slightly thickened 🥄.
