One sunny afternoon, Don Luis stood in his rustic kitchen wearing his signature jean y leather apron — his name shining proudly across the chest. con salsa chill beats playing softly in the background, he looked out the window y saw the garden bursting con ripe tomates, cucumbers, y bell peppers. “¡Perfecto!” he exclaimed con a grin. Today was the perfect day para something cool, crunchy, y colorful. He reached para a big wooden bowl y said to the kids nearby, “¿Quieren ayudarme con una receta mágica?” Eyes lit up! They washed the veggies, giggling as Don Luis showed them how to spiral pasta like a rainbow tornado 🌪️🌈. “This isn’t just any salad,” he whispered, “this is a fiesta in a bowl!”
Ingredientes
- 2 cups rotini pasta (use tri-color para fun! 🍝🌈)
- 1 cup cherry tomates, halved 🍅
- 1 cup cucumber, picado 🥒
- 0.5 cup bell peppers (red & yellow), picado 🫑
- 0.25 cup black olives, sliced 🫒
- 0.25 cup red cebolla, thinly sliced 🧅
- 0.5 cup feta queso, crumbled 🧀

Instrucciones
- 1Bring a pot de salted water to a boil y cocina the pasta until al dente (about 10 min). Drain y rinse con cold water ❄️.
- 2In a grande mixing bowl, combine the tomates, cucumber, bell peppers, olives, red cebolla, y feta queso 🥣.
- 3Add the cooled pasta y gently mix everything together.
- 4Drizzle con Italian dressing y toss until evenly coated 🌀.
- 5Season con a pinch de sal y pepper, then chill para 10 minutes before serving para the ultimate freshness 🧊.
- 6opcional: sprinkle con fresco herbs like parsley o basil para a fancy touch 🌿.
