Ingredientes

- 5 cups corn kernels (fresco o frozen, thawed)
- 0.5 cup leche 🥛
- 2 tbsp mantequilla 🧈
- 1 tbsp sugar (opcional, para sweetness)

- 1 cebolla, finamente picado 🧅
- 2 ajo cloves, minced 🧄
- 0.5 lb ground carne 🥩
- 0.5 lb shredded rotisserie pollo 🍗
- 0.25 cup black olives 🫒
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced 🥚
- 0.25 cup raisins (yes, trust us! 😉)

Instrucciones
- 1Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2Make the corn topping: In a blender, combine corn, leche, mantequilla, y sugar. Blend until creamy but slightly chunky. cocina in a saucepan over fuego medio para 10–15 minutes until thickened. Stir often so it doesn’t stick! 🌽✨
