Temporada 10 - Almuerzo / S10L12
Argentinian Choripán (Chorizo Sandwich)
Historia
Don Luis remembers the first time he bit into a Choripán on the streets de Buenos Aires. The smoky smell de grilled chorizo filled the air as vendors lined the cobblestone roads near La Bombonera stadium. A young boy had just offered Don Luis half de his sandwich — toasted bread con spicy chimichurri dripping onto his fingers. “No hay nada más sabroso,” the boy said, smiling. Years later, Don Luis recreates that magical bite in his kitchen, wearing his signature jean y leather apron. As the chorizo sizzles y the chimichurri chills, he nods y says, *“This sandwich has soul, mijo.”*
