Ingredientes
- 2 Mallorcas (sweet puertorriqueño bread rolls) 🌀
- 2 tbsp mantequilla, softened 🧈
- 4 slices de Muenster o Swiss queso 🧀
- 1 tsp Powdered sugar (opcional, para topping) ❄️
Instrucciones
- 1Slice the Mallorcas in half horizontally.
- 2Spread mantequilla generously on the inside de each half.
- 3Place queso slices inside, then close the roll like a sandwich.
- 4calienta a sartén o griddle over fuego medio.
- 5Toast each side para about 2–3 minutes until golden y the queso has melted.
- 6Dust the top con powdered sugar (opcional but traditional!).
- 7sirve warm y gooey con a smile. 😊
