Ingredientes

  • 2 Mallorcas (sweet puertorriqueño bread rolls) 🌀
  • 2 tbsp mantequilla, softened 🧈
  • 4 slices de Muenster o Swiss queso 🧀
  • 1 tsp Powdered sugar (opcional, para topping) ❄️

Instrucciones

  1. 1Slice the Mallorcas in half horizontally.
  2. 2Spread mantequilla generously on the inside de each half.
  3. 3Place queso slices inside, then close the roll like a sandwich.
  4. 4calienta a sartén o griddle over fuego medio.
  5. 5Toast each side para about 2–3 minutes until golden y the queso has melted.
  6. 6Dust the top con powdered sugar (opcional but traditional!).
