Ingredientes

  • 4 slices de Pan de Mallorca (sweet rolls)
  • 2 🥚 eggs
  • 0.5 cup 🥛 whole leche
  • 1 tsp 🌿 vanilla extract
  • 0.5 tsp 🍂 ground canela
  • 1 tbsp 🍯 sugar (opcional)
  • 1 tbsp 🧈 mantequilla para frying
  • Powdered sugar (para topping)
  • opcional: fresco berries o syrup

Instrucciones

  1. 1In a mixing bowl, bate together the eggs, leche, vanilla, canela, y sugar until well combined.
  2. 2calienta a nonstick sartén o griddle over fuego medio y melt the mantequilla.
  3. 3Dip each slice de Mallorca bread into the egg mixture, letting it soak para a few seconds on each side.
  4. 4cocina each slice para 2–3 minutes per side, until golden brown y slightly crispy.
  5. 5Remove y plate. Dust con powdered sugar y top con berries o syrup if desired.
