Ingredientes
- 4 cups de whole leche 🥛
- 4 oz de *puertorriqueño chocolate tablet* (like Cortés o your favorite) 🍫
- 1 canela stick 🌿
- 1 pinch de ground cloves (opcional) ✨
- 1–2 tablespoons de sugar (to taste) 🍬
- 0.5 teaspoon de vanilla extract 🌼
- Pinch de sal 🧂
- opcional: Marshmallows o whipped cream para topping ☁️
Instrucciones
- 1In a mediano saucepan over fuego medio, pour in the leche y add the canela stick y cloves. Warm gently, stirring occasionally.
- 2Once the leche is hot but not boiling, add in the picado chocolate tablet y stir slowly as it melts.
- 3Add the sugar, vanilla extract, y a pinch de sal. Keep stirring until the mixture is creamy y the chocolate is fully dissolved.
- 4Remove the canela stick.
- 5Pour into mugs y sirve hot, con marshmallows o whipped cream if you like. ☕🍫
