Temporada 12 - Almuerzo / S12L22
Sorullitos con Cilantro Ajo Sauce
Historia
Don Luis remembers the sound de oil bubbling in his abuela’s kitchen—sorullitos were her secret trick para keeping the grandkids close. Crispy on the outside, soft y cheesy on the inside, these golden corn sticks were perfect para dunking into her special cilantro ajo sauce, a vibrant green that matched the island’s lush mountains. One Sunday morning, as the kids were waking up to the smell de fried goodness, Don Luis was already in the kitchen, apron on, dancing to a soft salsa beat. He’d whisper, “Con amor, todo sabe mejor,” as he folded the queso into the cornmeal dough. This episode is all about that love y those memories, brought to life one bite at a time.
