Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 ½ cups milk (or almond/oat milk for a dairy-free version)
- 0.5 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon
- 0.5 cup ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie)
Instructions
